Loan volume for business in Kuban exceeds 23 billion rubles in 2025

Entrepreneurs in the region have secured over 900 state-supported loans so far this year.

«Concessional loans on favorable terms are a crucial driver for entrepreneurial activity and improving competitiveness among Kuban companies. As of the end of August, 904 government-backed preferential loans have been issued, totaling more than 23.5 billion rubles in Krasnodar Region. The vast majority, 23.4 billion rubles, was allocated under the Ministry of Agriculture’s program. These measures aim to support business and stimulate economic growth, especially important in the current situation,» said Alexey Yurtaev, the regional Minister of Economy.

Mortgage lending remains a key tool for addressing housing needs among citizens. According to leading credit institutions, since the start of 2025, 13,241 mortgages over 63.6 billion rubles have been issued in Kuban. A large share comes from concessional programs—9,662 loans totaling 52.6 billion rubles. For example, under the «Family Mortgage» program, banks issued 9,286 loans amounting to 50.3 billion rubles.

Thanks to a well-developed banking sector, Krasnodar Region consistently ranks among the top ten Russian regions by loan volume, holding leading positions in the Southern Federal District.
