OOO Syry Kubani is the biggest high-tech cheese factory in Southern Russia, furnished with state-of-the-art equipment from top European makers. Apart from production lines, ripening chambers and warehouses are also highly automated. This setup enables us to consistently produce top-quality products.
OOO Syry Kubani is a part of N.I. Tkachev's Agrocomplex. This company makes products under the brand name "Nikolaev Cheese Factories" and has been working since 2018.
The plant only uses fresh milk of the highest quality from its own farms called N.I. Tkachev Agrocomplex as main ingredient. The brand offers over 20 types of cheese, including specialty cheeses crafted from unique recipes.
Up to 600 tons of milk and 550 tons of whey are processed daily on a 22,000 square meter area. The production capacity exceeds 50 tons of cheese per day.
Of these:
25 tons of solid and semi-solid (Tilsiter, Maasdam, Gouda, Emmental)
16 tons of fresh (Caucasian, Farm)
10 tons of filata pasta cheeses (Mozzarella, Suluguni, Cecil).
The plant also has facilities for producing butter and dry whey, with a capacity of 25 tons per day.
The enterprise has 350 employees.
At present, the production in Russia stands out for its advanced technology. The products, known for their high quality and great taste, have become popular and are highly sought after by customers in both the Russian market and CIS countries.
On a regular basis, the company takes part in various exhibitions and competitions and wins prizes.
In 2021–2022, OOO Syry Kubani took part in the national project “Labor Productivity” and both federal and regional projects aimed at supporting the enhancement of labor productivity in businesses. The project focused on enhancing the efficiency of butter production processes at the company, leading to increased production, cost reduction, and maximizing the effectiveness of employees' work.
In 2024, the company OOO Syry Kubani plans to upgrade its plant to boost the production of semi-hard and hard cheeses to 36 tons per day. The investment required for this project is estimated at 350 million rubles, with the implementation scheduled for the year 2024.
Planting an intensive seed orchard with an area of 112 hectares

The goal of the investment project is to expand the fruit tree planting area and boost the apple yield.
In the project implementation, the area for planting fruit trees was expanded by establishing an intensive seed orchard covering 112 hectares. Moreover, trellises and drip irrigation systems were set up, along with an anti-hail system. The investment plan includes allocating 60 million rubles for buying containers, which will be acquired once the orchard starts producing commercially in 2026.
In 2023, AO N.I. Tkachev Agrocomplex harvested 18 thousand tons of fruit. During the 2023 season, they obtained 16.7 thousand tons of winter and summer apples, 1 thousand tons of plums, and the remaining fruit harvest consisted of apricots, cherries, peaches, and cherries.
The harvest is sold fresh and is canned.
Two fruit storages, each with a capacity of 8,000 tons, are used to store the products.
In 2023, 1,300 tons of drinks, juices, and nectars, along with 93 tons of fruit preserves, were produced under the brand Agrocomplex Vyselkovsky.
Modernization of the Moloko-2 dairy plant

Modernization of the Moloko-2 dairy plant is being carried out in several stages.
In 2022, the company invested 171 million rubles in upgrading the dairy product bottling lines for plastic canisters, bottles, film, and glass at Moloko-2 enterprise. They also started producing milk and kefir in a family-sized packages.
The upcoming modernization project, set for 2023–2024, requires an investment of 381 million rubles. The goal of this project is to increase the plant's production capacity from 300 to 450 tons of finished products by incorporating ESL tanks for pasteurizing milk and kefir, and expanding the range of products.
The modernization of the plant is ongoing.
In 2024, the volume of investments will amount to 209 million rubles.
