Priority industries for attracting investments
Agro-industrial complex
Vyselkovsk district is known for its focus on agriculture and industry. It includes two major agricultural enterprises, OOO N.I. Tkachev Agrocomplex and OOO Agrofirma Imeni Ilicha. These enterprises specialize in producing a variety of crops like cereals, sunflowers, sugar beets, fodder crops, fruits, and vegetables in both open and closed environments. They also have well-developed livestock, pig, and poultry farming. The district's agricultural sector produces milk, beef, pork, and poultry. These agricultural products serve as the primary resources for the local food and processing industry. In the district’s economy, the processing industry holds a 61% share, agriculture 25%, and the food industry alone makes up 99% of the total industry. To ensure growth, the municipality aims to enhance, modernize, and technologically upgrade its existing agricultural facilities, focusing on boosting production capacity. This strategy is crucial, especially during times of import substitution, to drive the district’s development forward.
There are two food industry enterprises in the district: a large company called AO N.I. Tkachev Agrocomplex, which processes its own agricultural products, and OOO Syry Kubani (Kuban Cheeses), a medium-sized enterprise.
Industrial sector
To attract investment in the industrial sector, a presentation was created for the investment project “Building a facility for producing packaging for food items” in Vyselki village. Additionally, five appealing land plots in Vyselki village and Gazyr settlement were identified for establishing facilities in industries like light manufacturing, food processing, construction, pulp and paper production, petrochemicals, energy, and communications. This information has been published on the investment portal of the Vyselkovsk district online. These investment opportunities are part of the Unified System of Investment Proposals for Krasnodar region.
Social sphere
The construction of social infrastructure facilities using budget investments has significantly contributed to the development of investments and the enhancement of the quality of life for district residents. In the last 3 years, through co-financing with larger budgets as part of national projects and state programs, villages in Vyselki, Beisuzhek, Gazyr, Berezanskaya, and NovoBeysugskaya have seen improvements. New recreational areas for both children and adults have been established, enhancing the overall look of these settlements.
The majority of the budget in Vyselkovsk district is allocated to socially-focused municipal programs.
A budget-friendly sports complex was constructed in Krupskaya village, fully equipped for sports activities. In the district center of Vyselki village, the Center of Uniform Wrestling has been built, along with health care facilities such as a general practitioner's building in Gazyr settlement, and two medical assistant and midwife stations in Novo-Beysugskaya village, including a dialysis center. Additionally, a polyclinic capable of handling 500 visits per shift is currently being built in Vyselki village, funded by larger budgets.
