Industrial shipments exceed 295.5 billion rubles in Krasnodar Region during first half of 2025

According to Krasnodarstat, the industrial production index for the period reached 100%.

«In the first six months of the year, industrial companies shipped products worth over 295.5 billion rubles, marking a 3% increase compared to the first half of 2024,» said Vice Governor Alexander Ruppel. «The leading municipalities by sales volume were Abinsk District, Krasnodar, and Novorossiysk, with a combined shipment value of 115.7 billion rubles. Rounding out the top five were Belorechensk and Timashevsk Districts, with a total of 28.4 billion rubles. Overall, 21 districts in the region show promising potential for developing manufacturing industries.»

Ruppel also highlighted significant growth in shipments from manufacturers of trailers and semi-trailers, leather products, medical supplies, and other finished goods, as well as from textile factories and pharmaceutical companies. Shipments from these industries grew between 1.2 and 1.7 times compared to the first half of last year.

«The greatest industrial production growth compared to the same period in 2024 was seen in light industry sectors, including clothing, textiles, leather goods, as well as pharmaceuticals, medical production, equipment manufacturing, and woodworking,» said Dmitry Khmelko, Minister of Industrial Policy. «Industrial companies contributed approximately 12 billion rubles in tax revenues to the regional budget, an 8% increase year-on-year.»

Currently, more than 13,500 companies engaged in manufacturing activities are registered in the region, including over 300 enterprises that account for the industrial output and shipments. Priority development sectors include metallurgy and metalworking, building materials production, mechanical engineering, machine tool manufacturing, radioelectronics, as well as chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, woodworking, furniture, pulp and paper, and light industries.
